Well, this is our first official sailing log entry! As such I am going to try and stick to a standard format for each entry, which will include info for salty sea dogs and land lubbers alike. š
Date: Sunday 8th October 2017
Weather: Cloudy with some sunshine š
Visibility: Good
Sea State: Slight
Wind Speed: Force 3
Wind Direction: SW
Start From: Shoreham Harbour
Distance: 6 NM
Finished At: Shoreham Harbour
Persons on board: Dorian, Holly, Clara & George
Description: Our maiden voyage on Audina! we went for a short sail from Shoreham to test out the ropes (literally and metaphorically.) It was also Clara’s first ever time out to sea, its fair to say she enjoyed it as within 5 minutes of being outside the harbour she was fast asleep and slept the entire time we were sailing. We are still yet to fit home comforts like cushions on the seats and a gas stove- but it was great to get out for a sail š

Awesome to see her out and about!!
Could not agree more! š It’s not often you buy a boat without sailing her first- so was good to see how she handled under sail.
